Learn to make a variety of quick pickles to take home and enjoy.
In this hands on class we will make:
Classic Cucumber Garlic Pickles
Mexican Escabeche Carrots
Tangy Pickled Green Beans
and
Moroccan Preserved Lemons
The class also includes light snacks featuring pickled vegetables.
Please bring a chef's knife and apron.
