We make this small-batch hot sauce with a mix of 100% locally grown, organic chiles and carrots that we then age for three months. As the final step, it's finished with vinegar and is ready to go. It's fruity and on a scale of 1 - 10 is around a 5 (although tastes vary, that's our best estimate.)
