
I felt a cold coming on, so I made a batch of this incredible Korean tea. It's sweet and heady and spicy and delicious warm or cold. Try it and enjoy.
Makes 1 quart.
Simmer 4-5 cinnamon sticks with 2-3 inches of ginger in a saucepan with a quart water.
Add 1/4 cup each white and brown sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled with a garnish of pine nuts.
